Here are a few projects I have worked on, with some currently in development
Personal Website
My first software engineering project! Using a template, I created a personal website to showcase my projects, resume and who I am. I learned several new skills, including HTML, CSS styling, website hosting via GitHub Pages, DNS services with Cloudflare, SEO optimization with Google Analytics, and APIs to handle server-side processes like Formspree for contact form services.
Inventory Management App
My first app project, used to record inventory. App includes a search bar with autofill, and the ability to add and remove inventory for authenticated users. I developed new skills, including Next.js, Material UI for styling, Firebase firestore and authentication, and Vercel for deployment.
Swipefeed - A TikTok Clone
After Tik Tok was banned (for less than 24 hours), I began working on a similar app I call swipefeed. The main objectives for this project were to create a simple UI with a videofeed scroll, and implement a recommendation system. I am in the process of implementing Supabase for both authentication and storage, as well as creating vector-based video embeddings as data for a recommendation system.
Codee - AI chatbot in Judge0 IDE
Exploring implementing an AI chatbot feature in the Judge0 open-source IDE. Currently, the project uses OpenAI ChatGPT 4o mini as the model, and can give recommendations based on code in the editor. Currently developing methods to suggest code in-line (similar to VSCode GitHub CoPilot or Cursor) and let the user choose which AI model.
